All eligible students can download their admit card online from 16 May 2026 onwards through Form Number / Exam Form No. and Date of Birth. UG semester 2 examination will commence from 20 May 2026 onwards.

Visit the Patliputra University official website i.e. https://ppuponline.in
On the Home Page under Examination section click on the provided button "Download Admit Card [UG Semester 2]".
You will be redirected to the admit card download page of Patliputra University UG semester 2 examination session 2025-29.
On the admit card download page under Admit Card Search by form number section enter your Form Number / Exam Form No. and Date of Birth correctly in the specified input box.
Next, enter the Captcha Code as shown in that page correctly to proceed for further step.
