Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) has released an official notification for recruitment to the post of Prohibition Constable (PC), Jail Warder and Mobile Squad Constable in Prohibition Department, Home (Prison) department and Transport Department for 4128 vacancies. All eligible and interested candidates can apply online at CSBC official website csbc.bihar.gov.in from 06th October 2025 to till the application last date 05th November 2025 for Prohibition Constable, Jail Warder and Mobile Squad Constable recruitment Advt No. 03/2025.

i. Prohibition Constable / Mobile Squad Constable: 12th pass or Moulvi certificate or Shastri (with English) or Acharya (without English) certificate issued by Sanskrit Board of Bihar State or any other equivalent educational qualification.
ii. Jail Warder: 12th passed or equivalent examination from any Board/ Council recognized by the State Government/ Central Government.
Note:- For the post of Mobile Squad Constable, it is mandatory for the candidate to be a holder of a valid driving license issued by the competent authority to drive two wheeler and four wheeler, light motor vehicle (LMV) or heavy motor vehicle (HMV) on or before the date of advertisement i.e. 26.09.2025.
