Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued the online 2nd Merit List, Cut Off List and Allotment Letter for DElEd admission counselling 2026 for two year programme to the admission session 2026-28. All eligible candidates can download their 2nd merit list on the official BSEB DElEd website bsebdeled.com from 05th September 2026 onwards for Bihar DElEd counselling 2026. The admission process in the Government/ Private institutes will commence from 05th September 2026 to 08th September 2026 on the basis of first merit list.

The first merit list for admission in DElEd government and private Institutes will be released by the board on 05th September 2026, which will be sent to the concerned institute on their login ID. Cut Off Rank (reservation category wise) will also be released on the portal of the board on 05th September 2026, which the applicants can see on the portal of the board https://bsebdeled.com. Along with this, the 2nd intimation letter will also be issued to all the applicants in their login ID, which they can see and download by entering their ID and password on the portal.
If the applicant is not satisfied with being selected in a lower priority institute in the first stage, such students can, after their admission, from 05th September 2026 to 08th September 2026, go to Student Login through the portal and use the Slide Up option for the possibility of enrollment in the higher priority institutes given by them, but cannot add or change a new option. After choosing the Slide Up option, there is a possibility of the student getting selected in any of the higher priority options already filled by them in the application form in the third list, but with the selection of the applicant's name in the second list, his place will become vacant from the second list of the previously allotted institute.

Visit the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), DElEd official website https://bsebdeled.com.
On the home page under Important Links section click on the provided link as "Download DElEd Admission 2nd Merit List 2026".
You will be redirected to the merit list download page of Bihar DElEd Admission 2026.
On the merit list download page under login section, enter your Application Number and Password correctly in the specified field.
Finally, click on Log In button to download your merit list/ intimation letter from BSEB DElEd server.
