Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued the online Dummy Registration Card (Dummy Panjiyan Card) for annual examination 2027 of Matric (10th class) and inter (12th class). The eligible students can download their dummy registration card from the official BSEB website biharboardonline.org or intermediate.biharboardonline.com from 25th July 2026 onwards through Student's Name, Father's Name and Date of Birth for class 10th and 12th annual examination 2027.

For students of the 2025-27 session appearing in the Intermediate Annual Examination 2027 and the Secondary Annual Examination 2027 whose online registration applications (including the declaration) were submitted by the heads of their respective educational institutions within the stipulated period dummy registration cards have been uploaded to the Board's websites: https://intermediate.biharboardonline.com for Intermediate and https://biharboardonline.org for Secondary. These cards will be available from 25th July 2026 to 14th August 2026.
The principal of educational institutions shall download the dummy registration cards being uploaded by the Board on the portals (https://intermediate.biharboardonline.com for Intermediate and https://biharboardonline.org for Secondary) starting from 25th July 2026 using their User ID and Password; they must then provide two copies, duly signed and stamped, to the concerned students for their review. Students may also download the dummy registration cards themselves from the Board's official websites (https://intermediate.biharboardonline.com for Intermediate and https://biharboardonline.org for Secondary).
Follow these steps to download Bihar Board class 10th and 12th annual examination 2027 dummy registration card:
In the address bar of the web browser, type https://intermediate.biharboardonline.com for Intermediate and https://www.biharboardonline.org for Secondary and press Enter :-
Click on the link "Click Here to Download Dummy Registration Card" present on the web page.
After that the website page will open where the student will enter his/ her school code, student's name, father's name, date of birth (and faculty only for Intermediate) and click on the "Submit Button".
After this, the Dummy Registration Card of the student will appear which can be downloaded in the computer/ mobile phone.
