Medhasoft, Education Department of Bihar has released an official notification form for Bihar Scholarship 2025 from Matric, Inter and Gradation Pass candidates for Protshan Yojana year 2025.All eligible male and female candidates can apply at Medha Soft official portalmedhasoft.bihar.gov.infor Mukhyamantri Balak/ Balika (10th Passed), Mukhyamantri Balika (Inter +2), Mukhyamantri Medhavriti Yojana and Mukhyamantri Kanya Uthan Yojana: Mukhyamantri Balika (Snatak) Protsahan Yojana 2025.
1. Mukhyamantri Balak/ Balika (10th Passed) Protsahan Yojana 2025: The candidates who have passed matriculation examination from Bihar School Examination Board in Year 2025 only.
2. Mukhyamantri Kanya Uthan Yojana: Mukhyamantri Balika (Intermediate +2) Protsahan Yojana 2025: The candidates who have passed intermediate examination from Bihar School Examination Board in Year 2025 only.
3. Mukhyamantri Medhavriti Yojana 2025: The candidates who have passed intermediate examination from Bihar School Examination Board in Year 2025 only. (Only SC and ST girl students who are passed with 1st and 2nd class.)
4. Mukhyamantri Balika (Snatak) Protsahan Yojana: The date of passing Graduation/ Graduation equivalent from affiliated or recognized affiliated degree colleges/ technical institutions situated within the state should be between 01.04.2021 to 31.12.2024.

A portal has been created by NIC to transfer the online incentive amount to the eligible beneficiaries in their accounts, in which the district-wise and institution-wise details of all the eligible students who have passed the Matriculation and Intermediate Annual Examination 2025 from Bihar School Examination Board have been uploaded.
In view of this, all eligible students and their parents are informed that they should login to the Medhasoft portal developed by NIC through www.medhasoft.bihar.gov.in and check the veracity of all the information related to themselves. It is to be noted that the concerned portal will remain open from 15.08.2025. Apart from this, after logging in to the said portal, the desired information such as bank account number, name of bank branch, IFSC code and information related to Aadhaar number etc. has to be entered in the blank column.
To login on the Medhasoft portal developed by NIC, students will need the date of birth along with the registration number of the respective examination or the total marks obtained in the Matriculation / Intermediate Examination, 2025.
Keep in mind that the bank account should be seeded with Aadhaar and the eligible student should have a bank account in his/her name and this account should be operated in any branch of Nationalized Bank, Recognized Private Bank or India Post Payment Bank located in Bihar.
While entering information through the internet, special attention should be paid to maintaining social distancing. Efforts should be made to enter information through personal or domestic mobile/laptop/computer etc.
