Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECE Board) invites online counselling applications for DCECE (PM/ PMM/ Paramedical) for admission in the all notified government and private polytechnic institutes. The entrance examination result was declared on 11th June 2026 by the board. All eligible candidates can online register and choice fill on the official BCECE Board website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in from 30th July 2026 till the last date of application submission 06th August 2026 for Bihar Polytechnic Paramedical Counselling 2026.

Information regarding the merit ranking of candidates who appeared for the Diploma-Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (PM/ PMM)-2026, held on 23rd May 2026, has been made available on the Board's website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Accordingly, all eligible candidates who appeared for DCECE (PM/ PMM)-2026 and the concerned institutions are hereby informed that full details regarding the Online Choice Filling/ Counselling schedule and the procedure for Choice Filling for admission to the first year of various diploma-level courses in government and private polytechnic institutes across state have been published on the Board's website (bceceboard.bihar.gov.in) on 28th July 2026.

It is mandatory to bring two copies of the downloaded Verification Slip and one copy of the Biometric Form at the time of the interview/counselling.
For the online choice filling/ counselling process related to DCECE[PM/ PMM]-2026, candidates should click on the "Online Portal of DCECE[PE]-2026". Thereafter, log in for online counselling using their DCECE [PM/ PMM]-2026 registration number and password.
After successfully logging in, candidates should select as many colleges and branches as possible according to their preferences. Candidates may edit their choices until the prescribed deadline. Once satisfied with their selections, candidates should lock their choices in accordance with the provided schedule. If a candidate wishes to modify their choices after locking them, they may click the "Unlock Choices" button and authenticate/verify using the OTP received on their registered mobile number and email to make changes before the deadline. Subsequently, candidates must lock their final choices again. If candidates do not lock their choices by the deadline, the choices will be automatically locked immediately thereafter. No changes to the choices will be permitted after the deadline. Candidates should take a printout of their selected choices and keep it safe for future reference.
Note: The process of locking and unlocking choices will be carried out via OTP authentication, with the OTP sent to the candidate's registered mobile number and email ID. Please also note that the registered mobile number and email ID cannot be changed under any circumstances.
The choice-filling process for online counseling is a one-time event. Therefore, if a candidate does not complete the choice-filling process during the first round, they will not be given another opportunity to fill their choices for the subsequent round of online counseling.
