BCECE Board (BCECEB) has released an official notification for Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) 2026 for admission into Pharmacy stream, medical stream, agriculture stream and engineering stream. All eligible aspirants can fill online application form on the official BCECEB website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in from 15th April 2026 to till the application closing date 13th May 2026 for Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination 2026.
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject/ Agriculture / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies / Entrepreneurship as per Annexure-7.
Agriculture stream (for Agriculture Engineering) Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR
Passed minimum 3 years diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the first year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
(The Universities will offer suitable bridge course such as mathematics physics engineering drawing, etc. for the student coming from diverse backgrounds to prepare level playing field and desired learning outcomes of the programme).
Age Limit:- No Limit
Pharmacy course requires a pass in 10+2/ equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and Mathematics/ Biology as one of the elective subjects.
Candidates appearing in Intermediate or equivalent examination can also apply, but must have passed 10+2/equivalent examination at the time of interview/counselling.
Age Limit:- Minimum 17 Years, age as on 31 December 2026.
English (as a language and literature) in 10+2 / Higher Secondary / I.S.C. / equivalent examinations for medical stream courses viz. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Para Medical Undergraduate courses, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany , Zoology) subjects.
For BSc (Nursing) course, it is necessary to pass 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects) with a total of 45% marks.
Candidates appearing in Intermediate or equivalent examination in the current session (2026) can also apply, but it will be necessary to pass the examination at the time of interview/ counseling.
Age Limit:- Minimum 17 Years, age as on 31 December 2026.
